DJI Osmo Nano
A Tiny Camera with Big Creative Power

If you’re the kind of person who loves to capture life as it happens, whether that’s while cycling through the city, heading off on an outdoor adventure, or simply recording those everyday moments that make life special, the DJI Osmo Nano has been designed with you in mind. Compact, wearable and astonishingly lightweight, it takes the idea of a pocket-sized action and vlog camera and pushes it far beyond expectations.

The first thing that strikes you about the Osmo Nano is just how small it is. Weighing around 50 grams, it feels almost too light to be capable of such power, yet this little device is packed with features that make it one of the most versatile cameras in its class. Its magnetic, wearable design lets you clip it on or mount it in multiple ways, instantly unlocking fresh angles that would usually be impossible without extra equipment. Because it’s hands-free, you’re left to simply enjoy the moment while the camera takes care of capturing it.

Inside the box you’ll find the Nano itself, a Multifunction Vision Dock with its built-in screen, a protective case with an anchor point, and a clever range of mounting accessories. From the magnetic ball joint adapter with suction cup to the hat clip, lanyard and USB cable, everything is there to get you up and running. Even when the camera is installed in its case, it can still be mounted to the dock, which makes swapping setups quick and effortless.

At the heart of the Osmo Nano is a brand-new 1/1.3-inch sensor paired with a high-performance imaging processor. This combination delivers up to 13.5 stops of dynamic range, giving you detail-rich footage in both bright sunlight and low-light environments. Video quality is nothing short of outstanding, with support for 4K recording at 60 frames per second in both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios. For moments where you want to slow things down, the Nano can shoot silky smooth 4K at 120 frames per second, turning even simple movements into cinematic sequences.

The 143-degree ultra-wide field of view ensures that whether you’re capturing landscapes, action sports or just a group of friends, nothing gets left out of the frame. Colour is equally impressive thanks to 10-bit recording and DJI’s D-Log M, which means over a billion colours are captured, preserving subtle tones in highlights and shadows and giving you enormous flexibility for colour grading in post-production.

One of the standout features of the Osmo Nano is its ability to shoot in challenging light. Borrowing technology from DJI’s Action 5 Pro, it introduces SuperNight Mode, an advanced setting that uses intelligent noise reduction algorithms to clean up low-light footage. Whether you’re filming the city at dusk or recording a campsite by firelight, you can expect crisp, detailed results that would usually be out of reach for a camera this small.

Stabilisation is another area where the Nano impresses. Two modes are built in: RockSteady 3.0, which smooths out movement while keeping the energy and pace of your activity, and HorizonBalancing, which automatically corrects horizon tilts within a 30-degree range. Both modes support up to 4K/60p recording, so you don’t have to sacrifice resolution for steadiness. It means your footage looks sharp, cinematic and watchable, no matter how bumpy the ride.

The Multifunction Vision Dock is more than just a charger. Acting as a mount and remote control with its own OLED screen, it allows you to frame shots, operate the camera, and extend battery life dramatically. While the Nano on its own offers around 90 minutes of recording, the dock boosts this up to an impressive 200 minutes. Fast charging support is included too, with just 20 minutes giving you up to 80 per cent battery – a real lifesaver when you’re travelling light. The camera itself comes with 128GB of internal storage, but pairing with the dock lets you quickly transfer content to a microSD card, freeing up space for more shooting.

Connectivity is just as straightforward, with high-speed Wi-Fi for wireless control and file transfer, as well as a USB-C port for charging and direct export. The Nano is designed to keep up with active lifestyles, and its waterproofing reflects that. Without any additional housing, the camera can go down to 10 metres underwater, while the dock has IPX4 splash resistance, so even together they’re protected from the elements.

Of course, great video is only half the story. Audio matters just as much, and the Osmo Nano is well-equipped here too. DJI’s OsmoAudio technology allows direct wireless microphone connection without a receiver, supporting up to two mics simultaneously. This is perfect for interviews, dual commentary, or simply mixing a voice track with ambient sound. The camera itself features dual microphones for clear stereo audio, so even without extras you can expect professional results.

Flexibility continues with how you shoot. Thanks to its magnetic design, switching between horizontal and vertical orientation is effortless, which is ideal if you want to move seamlessly from YouTube-ready widescreen footage to Instagram-friendly vertical clips. Smart features like auto-recording, gesture control and pre-record give you extra ways to capture the action without fumbling for buttons, and once you’ve got your clips, the DJI Mimo app makes editing easy. With real-time preview, one-tap templates, filters, overlays and even the ability to add sports data from your smartwatch, you can polish your footage quickly – even while travelling home.

The DJI Osmo Nano feels like more than just another action camera. It’s a tool that inspires you to explore, to try new perspectives, and to capture moments that might otherwise pass you by. It’s light enough to wear and forget about, yet powerful enough to deliver professional-looking footage across a wide range of conditions. From crisp 4K video and vivid colour, to stabilisation that makes every shot smooth and watchable, it’s designed for creators who want freedom, flexibility and quality in one compact package.

Whether you’re chasing adrenaline on the slopes, racing through the city, or simply recording family moments in the garden, the Osmo Nano is ready to go wherever you do. Small, wearable and bursting with creativity, it’s the kind of camera that doesn’t just keep up with your adventures – it elevates them.
